PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED AND SHARED
- When Personal Information Is Collected. We only collect Personal Information about you when you provide it to us directly on the Site, or provide it to one of our affiliates. For example, if you decide to complete a user registration form, complete an online survey, request a service, or make a purchase, you may be asked to provide certain information about you such as your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number). If you decide to place an order, we will also need to know your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date. Disclosure of Personal Information in Certain Cases.
- Except as specifically provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide your Personal Information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent. Group Companies are not considered third parties for these purposes, but instead are considered affiliates within the Bond No. 9 Group Companies and this Group is considered one company for the purposes of considering whether Personal Information is transferred to a third party.
- We may disclose any information, including Personal Information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We may also exchange information, including Personal Information, with other companies and organizations for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.
- We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include customer support specialists, webhosting companies, credit card companies, fraud checking companies, fulfillment companies (e.g., companies that fill product orders or coordinate mailings), data analysis firms and email service providers. Such third parties may be provided with access to such of your Personal Information needed to perform their functions. We have written agreements with such service providers that provide that the service provider may not use such information for any other purpose other than that for which they have been retained.
- If you elect to participate in any promotions, sweepstakes, surveys, questionnaires or other events during your visit to our Site, the rules or terms and conditions for those events may indicate that your Personal Information will be shared with third parties. We may use the Personal Information you provide to us in aggregate (non-personally identifiable) form for internal business purposes, such as generating statistics and developing marketing plans. In addition, we may collect, store or accumulate certain non-Personal Information concerning your use of the Site, such as information regarding which of our pages are most popular. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly request, collect, use or disclose Personal Information from anyone under sixteen (16) years of age. Any shopping account will also be deleted.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We implement various commercially reasonable physical, electronic and administrative security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your Personal Information both online and offline. You may request that we deactivate your account by emailing us at contactus@bondno9.com. Please remember to specify the reason for each contact attempt when emailing us.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT
- You may opt-out of receiving future emails from us when you register at the Site or otherwise provide your contact information to us. This opt-out right also applies to receiving promotional, service or business related emails. You may change your preferences that is part of your information at any time by revising your profile or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any opt-In or email you receive from us and follow the instructions provided therein, or by emailing us at contactus@bondno9.com.
- We do not make any representations or warranties about any third-party opt-out services. Those services are independent from us, and we have no control over, or responsibility for, their performance. Even if you use any third-party opt-out tools, we may still collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention), but it will not be used by us for the purpose of targeting marketing materials to you. - Those users who have provided telephone numbers to us may remove them from within their personal profile settings by logging in and then deleting the telephone contact numbers. - Registered users may terminate their registrations at any time, for any reason, by contacting us. You understand it may be impossible to delete Personal Information entirely because of backups and records of deletions. If you wish to cancel your account on the Site or delete your Personal Information previously provided to us, you may send your request to us at contactus@bondno9.com and include the words “Delete My Information” in the subject line, with your specific request in the body of your communication. Please also update your Personal Information if it changes. Please note that it may be impossible to delete Personal Information entirely because of backups and records of deletions.
- Even if you request that we delete your Personal Information, note that information associated with past transactions or archived information on the Site cannot be deleted except in accordance with our data retention policy.
- If you do not receive a response from us to any emails you send to us within ten (10) business days, please send us another email because your original email may not have been properly received or distributed.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS’ PRIVACY RIGHTS
- Right to Know - Categories of Personal Information Disclosed. You have the right to request that we disclose to you certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months. In the last twelve (12) months, we have disclosed to consumers in California each of the categories of Personal Information described in Section 2.10 of this Policy that has been furnished to us and that has been disclosed to service providers for purposes that include fulfilling orders, processing payments, conducting site and data analytics, and maintaining the security of the Site. - Right to Delete – the right to request that we delete any Personal Information that we have collected about you. Note that there may be some reasons we will not be able to fully address your request, such as if we need to complete a transaction for you, or to comply with a legal obligation, we may delay responding to your request. Upon verification of your request we shall notify third parties with whom we have shared your Personal Information to delete that information.
- Right to Correct – the right to request that we correct Personal Information that we have collected about you that is incorrect.

- Sensitive Personal Information. We do not ask for and do not collect your “Sensitive Personal Information” as defined by California Civil Code §798.121 et. Seq. so the “Right to Limit” the use and disclosure of such Sensitive Personal Information does not apply.
- Agent Requests. You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an “authorized agent”). Authorized agents will have to demonstrate to us that you have authorized them to act on your behalf, or must demonstrate to us they have a power of attorney pursuant to applicable law.
